The design has all the necessary things that will act as a survival kit that will provide avalanche safety with its triple split design. The useful as well as fully functional kit can act as a split board and an old school powder surfer, which will prove to be of utmost help when surrounded with nothing but snow. The snowboard will act as a split board, as it can be split into two skis. This will make sure that backcountry snowboarders easily ski up, while gives them the flexibility to snowboards down the mountain. It comes embedded with a thermometer and a compass, which will give you all the necessary readings about the environment.
Signal Snowboard Survivor can be further split into three pieces. The middle piece of the design has a natural curve, which can be exploited as a shovel when needed especially to build a snow cave. One of the skis in the design has been fitted with a retractable saw blade, which will help cutting firewood in case you start feeling cold. No need to carry matchsticks, as the presence of a flint on the side will help start fire when you need some warmth. In case you get trapped in a snow storm, simply use the SOS sign, which reads “rescue me” in orange at the base for easy help.
