The plants are irrigated by using collected rainwater from upper floors to lower floors. The outdoor plazas as well as the gardens fuse in an aesthetically appealing manner, which run into the inside of the building flawlessly. Planted valleys, waterfalls and gullies cover the outside facade of the building, while making it appear like the greenery is extending upwards. The above ground car parking’s openings are well hidden behind the attention grabbing landscaping. This also favors the natural flow of air as well as sunlight, keeping the inside fresh. The lush green terrace will unfurl panoramic views, while adding additional interest are the cabanas positioned over the waters.

Extending the feel of a garden are the lobbies, common washrooms and corridors that have water features, stepping stones as well as planting, giving the area a mesmerizing effect. The use of blue and green colored glass complements the flowing water of the Singapore River. Bringing greenery directly into the rooms are the curved sky gardens in the courtyard that are present every four stories. The green life comprises of tall palms, shade trees, leafy shrubs, overhanging creepers and flowering plants. Such a diverse variety of species creates a lush environment giving it a tropical touch.
